WEDDINGS, RECEPTIONS, AND EVENT PRICING

RENTAL OF THE FACILITIES: $400.00 mornings and $600.00 afternoon or evenings for up to 50 people. $200 more for up to 75 people. $400 dollars more for up to 100 people.

The facility rental includes the main house first floor, the grounds, and the general store. (if arranged) We are equipped for up to 50 people. The couple can be married here. There is a dressing room available between 11:30 a.m.and 3:00 p.m. for the couple if they get married at the Inn. If the reception or ceremony goes past 8 p.m. then the wedding party must rent the inn’s two rooms for the night at a discounted rate. The rooms will be available after 3 p.m. You have use of the facility for 6½ hours. (1½ hours for set-up, 4 hours for the reception/wedding and 1 hour, clean up) Folding chairs and tables are available for 50 people. We provide tablecloths but the rest is up to you. You must use a licensed bartender if your plans include alcohol. The morning price requires that your reception is over and your caterer finished cleaning by 2:30 p.m. If you are planning an afternoon or evening wedding the inn will be available after 11:00 a.m. We can recommend some professionals for you to use such as a caterer, officiate, photographer, DJ, pianist or florist. There is a piano in the home.

A CHEAP QUICKIE WEDDING: $350.00 to $415.00
Our cheap quickie wedding package includes the ceremony done by our officiate and chairs for up to ten family and/or friends. It also includes one of our guestrooms for your honeymoon night and a bottle of a red or white award winning wine. The guest may stay up to an hour after the ceremony. There will be no food or beverages served or brought in for the guests. The cost is by the day of the week and particular bedroom chosen.

A GREAT VALUE WEDDING: $400.00 plus $12.50 per guest
The quickie-wedding package includes the main house first floor, the grounds and the general store (if arranged) for up to 2 hours. We can supply tables and chairs for up to 50 people. Our officiate will marry you and this is included in the price. You will have a dressing room for an hour before the wedding. The actual wedding can start as early as 12 noon and the dressing room is available as early as 11 a.m. The bride will get a bridal bouquet and the groom a boutonniere. We will also provide a simple flower arrangement for each table. There will be a wedding cake and flowers are provided for the cake top. The cake included in the package is a three-tier white, chocolate or marble wedding cake with buttercream icing stacked or separated. Punch or iced tea will be provided. Your wedding guest costs will be $12.50 per person. Soft drinks, hot tea, and coffee can be supplied at an additional cost of $4.00 per a person. We will supply linens, stainless silverware, glassware and china for the cake. The couple may bring their own alcohol if they are over 21 years of age. If guests are to be served alcohol then a licensed bartender must be contracted at your expense. The price for the bartender is listed later.

A PERFECT WEDDING FOR 25 PEOPLE:
Hors d’Oeuvres $3,400.00, a sit-down dinner buffet $3,100.00, a sit down lunch buffet $3,100.00

A PERFECT WEDDING FOR 50 PEOPLE;
Hors d’Oeuvres $4,250.00, a sit-down dinner buffet $3,900.00, a sit-down lunch buffet $3,900.00.

Our perfect wedding packages includes the main house first floor, the grounds and the general store (if arranged) for up to 6 ½ hours. (1 ½ hour for set-up, 4 hours for the reception/ceremony and 1 hour for cleanup) We will provide chairs and tables. A licensed caterer will provide the food. If you choose to serve hors d’oeuvres, you will be given many choices and will pick 7 items. You can also choose a full sit-down dinner. This package also includes food service, wait staff, tableware using silver stainless flatware, table linens, china plates, glassware, and the skirting for the food and cake tables. This package includes the flowers. The wedding flowers provided include the bride’s bouquet, a throw away bouquet, maid of honor bouquet, bridesmaid’s bouquets, a corsage for the mother of the bride, a corsage for the groom’s mother and six boutonnieres. The decorative flowers include a simple arrangement centerpiece for each tabletop, the cake top flowers, and the buffet table centerpiece. If you choose your own florist, we will allow a $400 price deduction for the package. The cake included in the package is a three-tier white, chocolate or marble wedding cake with buttercream icing stacked or separated. There is 3½ hours of music offered with your choice of a pianist or a DJ. You can provide your own entertainment and have a credit or $400. You also will be supplied with a wedding coordinator who will oversee your rehearsal, the wedding, and help you with your wedding choices. You will be supplied with a dressing room between 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. If the wedding or reception goes past 5 pm then you must also rent the two rooms of the inn for the night at a discounted rate. The rooms will be available after 3:00 p.m. If you choose to have your wedding in the morning there is a $200.00 discount off of the package price. This package does not include the officiate, photographer, or any beverages besides punch. The price for a bartender is listed later if you plan to serve alcohol.

BEVERAGES: $4.00 per person for soft drinks, tea or coffee includes glasses.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: $125.00 for bartender. $5.00 for beer/wine set up and $6.00 per person for other alcoholic beverages set up. This includes plastic cups for serving the alcohol. Lake Allatoona Inn has a bring your own bottle policy. The bartender must be licensed and is used for serving and for set-up.

HORS D’OEUVRES: $1,000.00 for 25 people ($40 per person) and $1,800.00 for 50 people (35 per person)

SIT DOWN DINNER BUFFET: $1,600.00 for 25 people and $2,200.00 for 50 people

Our party package includes use of the inn and grounds for 6 hours including possible use of the general store, (1 ½ hour for preparation, 4 hours for the party, and one hour for clean up). It also includes 3 and a half hours of music either by a DJ or a pianist. You can provide your own entertainment and receive a $400.00 credit on the package. The price includes a buffet centerpiece and simple flower arrangements for each table. The package includes a licensed caterer. The food service includes wait staff, stainless silver flatware, table linens, china plates, glassware and skirting for the buffet table. Beverages are not provided. The party must be finished and cleaned up by 9 p.m. or the two rooms of the inn must be rented for the night at a discounted price.

LUNCHEN PRICES

LUNCH: $1,000.00 for 25 people ($40 per person) and $1,800.00 for 50 people ($35 per person)

The luncheon package includes use of the inn and grounds for 4 hours, (2 hours for the lunch and 1 hour for preparation and one hour for clean up). There is no music available. The price includes a buffet centerpiece and simple flower arrangements for each table. The package includes food service, wait staff, stainless silver flatware, table linens, china plates, glassware and skirting for the buffet table. A licensed caterer is provided. Ice tea is provided but other beverages are extra. The luncheon can begin anytime after 11:00 a.m. and needs to be finished, including clean-up no later than 3 p.m.
